Program 1: Embracing Tomorrow’s Leader
Duration: 1 Hour
A concise, self-paced practical introduction to the F.I.R.E.D. philosophy for leaders, hiring managers, and L&D teams who want movement now - not theatre. In an hour, you’ll see why current pipelines miss future-ready leaders and how to start correcting that in your context.

Program 2: The F.I.R.E.D. Experience
Duration: 1-2 Days + Coaching
An experiential in-person introduction to the F.I.R.E.D. qualities. Through real dialogue and coaching, leaders test how fresh thinking, curiosity, candour, and ownership show up in their real work.

Program 3: The F.I.R.E.D. Intensive
Duration: 3-5 Days
A deeper cohort experience to move from insight to alignment. Teams practice F.I.R.E.D. behaviours in live labs, peer coaching cohorts, map current culture, and co-design new norms for hiring, onboarding, and development. Built on a practical framework and measurable outcomes.

Program 3: F.I.R.E.D. Pilot Leader Labs
Duration: 8-12 Weeks
A F.I.R.E.D. Pilot is a live field experiment. We work with a small group of 8-12 leaders inside your organization to work with one or two F.I.R.E.D. qualities - in real meetings, projects, and handoffs - not in theory.

Program 5: The F.I.R.E.D. Journey
Duration: 3-6 Months
A six-month transformation built on the 12-module F.I.R.E.D. curriculum. Leaders experiment in live work, run peer labs and peer coaching sessions, and track real signals - decision speed, trust, collaboration, ownership. F.I.R.E.D. moves from concept to culture.
